My item says delivered but it's to the wrong place.Updated 16 days ago

US orders now ship from our US warehouse and are delivered domestically, usually within 3–5 business days. During delivery a parcel passes through several handling teams, and sometimes the tracking will briefly show 'Delivered' when it is in fact still moving between them. If your tracking still says in transit, there's usually nothing to worry about – it should update shortly.
