My item says delivered but it's to the wrong place.Updated a year ago

For our orders to the US, we send via Transglobal express. They are a courier company who partner with DHL and USPS to deliver your item. During the entire process, the parcel will be handed to various teams. Each team needs to take delivery of the item before passing it onto the next, and often this is shown in the tracking as 'Delivered'. We understand this is quite confusing, however if your order says that it is still in transit, then there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
