My tracking shows that my parcel is stuck at customsUpdated a year ago

If your item appears to be stuck at the border, please contact your local courier or customs office to help resolve the issue. Often the delays will be caused due to unpaid VAT, however please also note that since July customs delays have been increasing due to the number of parcels within the network and a shortage of staff from to Covid-19.
