United States: return shipping is free — when you start your return we email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

United Kingdom: we email you a prepaid return label; a £3.00 charge is deducted from your refund.

Other international customers: unfortunately, as a small business, we're unable to cover return postage. Please send the item back using a signed and tracked service of your choice and notify us with the tracking details.
