What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a purchase made for an item that is not yet in stock or available for shipping. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item in advance and paying for it in full.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page and is subject to change without notice. We will dispatch your pre-order as soon as it becomes available, but we cannot guarantee delivery on the estimated dispatch date.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at any time up to 24 hours before the estimated dispatch date. To cancel your pre-order, please contact us via email or through our website.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my pre-order?
If you cancel your pre-order within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel your pre-order after the 24-hour window, we will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee.
Can I change or modify my pre-order?

When will my credit card be charged for my pre-order?
Payment is required in full at the time of placing the pre-order. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing the pre-order.
Can I apply discounts to pre-ordering?
Yes, discounts can be applied on pre-order items.
How will I know when my pre-order has shipped?
We will notify you via email once your pre-order has shipped. You can also track your shipment by logging into your account on our website.
What happens if the pre-order item is not available?
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
