Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be inspected and credited to your account/card.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
UK and US returns are free within 60 days of delivery. US returns include a prepaid return label.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed

How do I get my shipping label?
US returns include a free prepaid return label. UK returns are free too: once approved, we email you instructions.
