United States: return shipping is free — when you start your return we email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you. United Kingdom: we email you a prepaid return label; a £3.00 charge is deducted from your refund. Other international customers
How soon will I get my refund?

How do I get my shipping label?
For our US and UK customers, we supply a prepaid return shipping label when you process your return through our returns centre. US returns are free; a £3.00 charge applies to UK returns (deducted from your refund).
